Director - Kate Save

Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, Diabetes Educator and Personal Trainer

Kate is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Exercise Physiologist, has completed a double degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and Exercise Science, and completed an Advanced Diploma in Diabetes Education.

Kate lectures in the fields of Nutrition and Exercise Science for various educational institutions - her key areas of focus are Weight loss, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Baratric Surgery Nutrition, Coeliac Disease, Eating Disorders, Food intolerances and Irritable bowel conditions. Her main objective is to assist individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through balanced nutrition and appropriate exercise prescription.

Jodie Smith

Accredited Practicing Dietitian

Jodie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (Registered with the Dietitians Association of Australia) and has completed a degree in Applied Science (Food Science and Nutrition) and has a Masters of Dietetics. Jodie also works in the field of Bariatric Nutrition and assists patients with their diet pre and post lapband/gastric sleeves/gastric bypass surgery to ensure they reach their weight loss targets.

Jodie was previously a Pro-surfer for Roxy travelling around the world competing and now is about to have her second child this year.

Kristian Michelson

Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor

Kristian is a qualified Personal trainer and has completed his Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness with Fitnation. Kristian has an overwhelming passion for AFL and has played senior football locally for over 10 years.

Kristian seeks the best results he can with his clients by concentrating on body fat reduction through a variety of cardio, strength and boxing workouts. Kristian enjoys spending time at the gym when he is not with clients or working he's full-time business management job.

Kerry Horner

Receptionist

Kerry is the smiling face that will greet you when you arrive at PPN. Kerry has had many years experience in fitness administration and holds an Arts Degree in Recreation Management (Honours).

Kerry also has many years experience as a fitness trainer and holds her Certificate 3 in Fitness and Certificate 4 in Personal Training so don't be surprised if you see her in the PT studio too! Kerry has a personal commitment to health and fitness and encourages everyone to be as active as possible and embrace healthy living.

Solveig Seliger

Remedial Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor

Sol is a qualified Physiotherapist from Germany. She has a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, Lymphdrainage and Oedema Therapy and is our Pilates Instructor here at PPN.

Sol takes our weekly Clinical Pilates Classes on Tuesdays and also offers private personalised Pilates sessions.

Erin Vincent

Personal Trainer

Erin is a qualified personal trainer with a cert 3 & 4 accreditation. She has a love of boxing and outdoor group sessions, with a specialty in weight loss. Her motto in life is to believe in yourself and you will achieve anything you set your mind to.

Erin enjoys doing her own strength and conditioning training at PPN in-between clients and at home.

Matt Harry

Personal Trainer

Matt is a qualified Personal trainer and has completed his Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness with Fitnation. Matt specializes in strength and conditioning training with a passion for boxing skills and outdoor group sessions. He instructs Bootcamps, Supercharge Circuit and BoxFit classes.

Matt believes that optimal health and fitness is achieved through all aspects of life including exercise, nutrition, sleep, mental state and listening to your bodies needs.

Emma Cheston

Sports Therapist, Myotherapist, Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Assistant

Emma is a qualified Sports Therapist, Myotherapist and Personal Trainer. Emma completed her
studies at The Australian College of Sports Therapy and The Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.
Emma also has certifications in Dry Needling and Cupping and Gua Sha, as well as various personal
training method workshop certifications.

Emma is very interested in health and nutrition, and loves playing in team sports, circuit training and
helping her clients feel and function at their optimum.
