Director - Kate SaveDietitian, Exercise Physiologist, Diabetes Educator and
Personal Trainer Kate is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (Registered as both a Clinical and Sports Dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australia and Sports Dietitians Australia) and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (Registered with ESSA/AAESS) and has completed a double degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and Exercise Science at Deakin University. Kate also completed an Advanced Diploma in Diabetes Education at Curtin University.
Kate lectures in the fields of Nutrition and Exercise Science for various educational institutions, schools and sporting clubs including Fitnation/Endeavour College and Chisholm Institute of Tafe. Her key areas of focus are Weight loss, Diabetes, Heart Disease and other Obesity related diseases. Kate also specializes in Coeliac Disease, Food intolerances and Irritable bowel conditions.
As well as this, she is passionate about treatment for Eating Disorders in Children/Adolescents and Adults. Kate’s main objective in her professional practice is to assist individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being through balanced nutrition and appropriate exercise prescription. Kate is also a personal trainer and works with clients of all ages ranging from school-age children through to older adults using a range of cardio, core and strength training techniques. |
| Jodie SmithAccredited Practicing Dietitian
Jodie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (Registered with the Dietitians Association of Australia) and has completed a degree in Applied Science (Food Science and Nutrition) and has a Masters of Dietetics. Jodie was a professional surfer for Roxy and loves keeping fit even now since the birth of her first baby this year.

| Sarah MitchellMyotherapist, Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer
Sarah is a qualified Myotherapist and Personal trainer with further education in Pilates, completing an Advanced Diploma at Victorian College of Healthcare Education.
Sarah’s approach to Myotherapy provides services and techniques such as dry needling, therapeutic ultrasound, cupping and electrical stimulation to allow for correct muscle functioning, increasing your range of movement and mobility. Returning you to work and daily activities with corrective exercises and strength and conditioning programs.
With the use of relaxation, sports, pregnancy and remedial massage and more there is a service to suit the needs of all individuals. Sarah’s personal training specialties include Pilates, Pre and Post-natal, Rehabilitation, Weight Management, and Fitness advancement. |

Leah is a qualified Personal trainer with further education in Pilates, Bootcamp and Boxing for Fitness. Leah completed her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and is currently registered with Fitness Australia.
Leah’s approach to Personal Training is Life-style orientated and always leads to fantastic results. Her Philosophy is that optimal results are achieved by maintaining balance in all aspects of life including family, career, well-being and looking after our bodies.
Leah enjoys training people both in Cardio, Boxing and Strength to achieve optimal body composition changes and then works on life balance strategies to ensure all results achieved can be maintained indefinitely. |

Heidi is a qualified Personal trainer with further education in Pilates with the Pilates Institute of Queensland. Heidi completed her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness with Fitnation.
Heidi has a strong background in Gymnastics and Dance and uses her athletic talents in her approach to Personal Training. Heidi enjoys taking clients for boxing, strength and combined workouts. |

Kristian is a qualified Personal trainer and has completed his Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness with Fitnation. Kristian has an overwhelming passion for AFL and has played senior football locally for over 10 years. Kristian seeks the best results he can with his clients by concentrating on body fat reduction through a variety of cardio, strength and boxing workouts. |

Sol is a qualified Physiotherapist from Germany. Before moving to Australia she practised Physiotherapy in Hamburg and Berlin and since she has been on the Mornington Peninsula she has worked as a Massage Therapist. Not only is she a Physiotherapist from Germany, but also a Lymphatic Drainage and Oedema Therapist as well as a Massage Therapist, so you will be literally in good hands. |
