Our Dietitian, Prue Mynard, is a mother, wife and lover of all things food and wine, and avid runner outside of that. She has always had a passion for cooking and providing her family with healthy, balanced and varied meals. Since becoming a Dietitian, this passion has further developed, especially the balance component.
