Elisa Metsikas
Dietitian
Elisa is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist who graduated from Deakin University in 2023 with a Masters of Dietetics in 2023. She has a strong passion for food, and helping people achieve their best self through nutrition. She is a firm believer in forming meaningful and trusting relationships with her clients. She will go that extra step to create a nutrition plan that is suited to her client’s unique lifestyle. She believes dietetics is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and is passionate to help her clients achieve a healthy, happy relationship with food.
