Peninsula Physical Health and Nutrition was founded in 2009 by Director Kate Save. Over the past decade, our dietitians have serviced the Mornington Peninsula and wider, providing quality nutrition education to over eight private practices, three private hospitals and numerous corporate and community groups.
We strive to provide all our clients with individually tailored nutrition recommendations to ensure you achieve your personal goals and objectives, no matter how big or small they might be.

Our Dietitian Prue Mynard is a mother, wife and lover of all things food and wine, and avid runner outside of that. She has always had a passion for cooking and providing her family with healthy, balanced and varied meals. Since becoming a Dietitian, this passion has further developed, especially the balance component. There are no good foods or bad foods and Prue strongly believes in a healthy relationship with all foods. Prue is also the author of a cookbook called ‘’What’s Prue Cooking – Wholesome Family Meals’’ which can be purchased from www.whatspruecooking.com.au
